As a complimentary program to our Total Performance program, Hard Core Conditioning takes place on Saturdays. Test your strength with one of our high-intesity Hard Core Conditioning Sessions of extreme alternative conditioning techniques featuring team and individual competiton.
Don't worry, AHP's experienced exercise scientists (trainers) know that every athlete has different strengths and power levels. With this in mind, we challenge every athlete to challenge themselves and take conditioning serious. |

Here are just an assortment of the stations our athletes encounter during their timed rotations:

Tred Sled- The Tred Sled is a non-motorized treadmill used to develop explosive power, reaction time, and proper sprint mechanics. Rest intervals and time can also be manipulated to enhance sport specific work capacity.

Tire Flips- Taken from modern day Strongman Competitions, tire flipping is used to develop "true" total body functional strength. Tire flips build total body power, work capcatiy, and brute strength.

Prowler- Prowler training is every athlete's best friend and worst enemy; from strengthening the muscles used in sprinting to developing superior conditioning and mental toughness. No program is complete without a Prowler.

Vertimax- The Vertimax is a jump-training platform designed to build explosive, lower-body jumping ability. When promperly implemented, Vertimax training goes above and beyond traditional jump and plyometric training in increasing vertical jump and change of direction ability. |

Kettlebells- Derived from the old Soviet Union, Kettlebells have been a foundation for athletic development and full body training. Power, endurance, core strength, and extreme anaerobic conditioning are just a few of many qualities Kettlebell training provides.
